A 42-year-old man suffered smoke inhalation after a barn fire.
Firefighters tackled the blaze at Rolls Farm in Prentice Hall Lane in Tollesbury at 12.33am last Friday, in which a barn’s contents were 10 per cent alight.
Two fire engines from Tollesbury and Tiptree attended the fire and crews wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reels to tackle the blaze.
Crews administered oxygen therapy to the man who suffered from smoke inhilation.
He did not need to go to hospital.
The incident was dealt with by 1.31am.
