POLICE are not treating the death of a man found in a duck pond as suspicious.
A man died in hospital yesterday after being found in Grove Pond in Tiptree.
He was transported to Colchester Hospital but was sadly declared dead.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “His death is being treated as unexplained and our enquiries are ongoing.”
