Joan Patricia Smith

Notice is hereby given pursuant to s. 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

That any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Joan Patricia Smith of 45 Market Hill, Heritage Quay, Maldon, Essex CM9 4QA who died on the 1st January 2013 should send particulars in writing to Tim Rennie, at 72 Orchard Road, Maldon, Essex CM9 6EP by 9th July 2013. After this date the personal representative will convey or distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims, whether formal or not, of which the personal representative then had notice and shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the personal representative have not had notice at the time of conveyance or distribution.
