MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR SILT REMOVAL FROM CULVERT

Notice is hereby given that Magnox Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the removal of silt from the east outlet and west inlet culverts at Bradwell Nuclear Decommissioning Site.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Maldon District Council Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL. Opening times: Monday to Thursday - 8:30am to 5pm Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.

 Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to ellen.moir@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of Thursday 1st August, quoting reference MLA/2013/00269.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
