PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER (under section 17 of the act)
Premises: Parlour Cafe
Address: Creeksea Place Farm, Ferry Rd, Burnham on Crouch, Essex, CM0 8PJ
Proposed Opening Hours: 9am- 11pm Everyday
Parlour Cafe has applied to Maldon District Council for a new premises licence in respect of the above premises.
The proposed application includes:
Sale/ Supply of alcohol 09:00- 23:30 Everyday
Showing of films 09:00- 23:00 Everyday
Playing live and recorded music 09:00- 23:00 Everyday
Dancing 09:00-23:00 Everyday
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 2nd November 2013.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
