MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION TO DREDGE AND DISPOSE OF DREDGED MATERIAL FROM FAMBRIDGE YACHT HAVEN

Notice is hereby given that Yacht Havens Ltd has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the dredging of Fambridge Yacht Haven and the disposal of dredged material to surrounding salt marsh.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Fambridge Yacht Haven Ltd reception, Church Road, North Fambridge, Essex CM3 6LU.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at . http://www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to Helen Johnson, helen.johnson@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 28th November 2013 quoting reference MLA/2013/00413. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
