LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Sections 17 or 71 of the Act )

Address Of Premises: The Warren, Woodham Walter, Maldon, Essex CM9 6RW.

Statement of relevant licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on,on or from the premises:

 Supply of live music, recorded music, performancee of dance, plays, films and any other similar entertainment. Location: Grounds and golf course adjacent to the Warren Golf Club. Times 10.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs.

Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises. Location: Grounds and golf course at the Warren Golf Club. Time: 07.00 hrs to 23.00 hrs.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex. CM9 5DL between 9.00am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays.)

Any representations by a responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 17-02-2014
