MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR BRADWELL ON SEA SLIPWAY REPAIRS

Notice is hereby given that Mr Van Der Tuijn has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake repairs to a slipway at Bradwell on sea.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Maldon Library and Southminster Library

Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at .http://www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to: mark.kirby@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 27th March 2014, quoting reference MLA/2014/00058. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
