Community Consultation to be held in: ‘Purleigh Village Hall’ The Glebe, Chelmsford Essex CM3 6PB

We are presenting a development proposal on behalf of our client and are inviting local residents to view, ask questions and give feedback on a proposed new development on the borders of the villages of Purleigh and Latchingdon prior it to being formally submitted to Maldon District Council
The consultation will be run as an informal open forum at Purleigh Village Hall starting on Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st September and Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th September between the hours of 10am & 4pm.

The Proposal: A new development of mixed housing types to include a Medical Centre and a Children’s Day Nursery for use by the surrounding villages.

For those attending, literature will be available to take away and digest with feedback forms.
If you are unable to attend the above dates the proposal will be made available to view on our website and you will be able to view the proposal and email your comments and feedback.
