APPLICATION FOR A PROVISIONAL STATEMENT (Under Section 29 of the Act)

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: To sell Alcohol for consumption off the premises.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex. CM9 5DL between 9.00am and 4.30pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays ).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested party must be made in writing to the above address by: 7th November 2014.

It should be noted that representations are restricted after the issue by the Licensing Authority of Provisional Statement.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
