 Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises. High House Weddings Ltd has applied to Maldon District Council for a new premises licence in respect of the above premises.
The application includes: Sale/Supply of alcohol 12:00 - 23:30 Everyday. Playing live and recorded music during wedding ceremonies.Playing live and recorded music 18.00 - 23:30 Everyday On six occasions per year, giving 28 days notice, sale of alcohol and live and recorded music until 00.30

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 24 December 2014.

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
