APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Sections 17 or 71)

Name of Applicant : Asheldham & Dengie Parish Room, Dengie Village Hall, Manor Road, Dengie Southminster, ESSEX. CM0 7UH.

Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises.
The trustees of the village hall have applied for a license to provide regulated entertainment to be carried out in this village hall. As from 5th January 2015. Such entertainment to consist of taped, recorded and/or live music. Plays, musicals, pantomime etc. Some sporting events mainly of the domestic type (cribbage, darts, Chess etc.) and not professional sports such as wrestling or boxing. This is not an application for a license to sell alcohol or any intoxicating beverages.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 1 January 2015
