MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MARINE LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Burnham Yacht Harbour Marina Limited, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, CMO 8BL has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake maintenance dredging at Burnham Yacht Harbour. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Burnham Yacht Harbour Marina Ltd main office, Foundry Lane, Burnham on Crouch, Essex, CM0 8BL. Mon. to Fri. between 09.00 and 17.00 hours Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at: www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to: marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 28 May 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00165.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
