I have put in a retrospective planning application through Maldon District Council for the erection of a fence at the property known as Davcar, St. Lawrence Drive, St. Lawrence Bay, Essex, CM0 7NH.

We need to know who owns the land at the edge of St. Lawrence Drive & Mountview Crescent as shown on the plans.

If in twenty one days there has been no response then the application will be continued for determination.
