Deceased Estate – S.27 of Trustees Act 1925 Re: Barbara Elizabeth Chappell

Notice is hereby given in accordance with S.27 of the Trustees Act, that any person having a claim against, or in the interest of, the estate of Barbara Chappell, retired Public Relations Officer, of 46 Cherry Orchard, Southminster CM0 7HE, who died on the 25 November 2014, should send details to Mr Peter Phillips of 22 Ryhill Way, Reading, Berkshire RG6 4AZ by the 11 November 2015.
After this date, the personal representative will distribute the property or any part thereof to which the notice relates, to or among the persons thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the personal representative has had notice, and in accordance with the Will and shall not, as respects to the property so distributed, be liable to any person whose claim the representative has not had notice at the time of distribution.
