Statement of Relevant Licensable Activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:
Sale and supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises.
Playing of live and recorded music.
Licensed hours applied for as follows:
Sale and supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Monday – Sunday & Bank Holidays 10.00 hours to 23.00 hours. Christmas Eve & New Years Eve 10.00 hours to 01.00 hours.
Playing of live and recorded music – Monday – Sunday & Bank Holidays 10.00 hours to 22.30 hours. Christmas Eve & New Years Eve 10.00 hours to 00.30 hours.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex. CM9 5DL between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 23 November 2015.
