Fox, Othona Community do hereby give notice that they have applied to the Licensing Authority at Maldon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Othona Community, East end Road, Bradwell-on-Sea, CM0 7PN.

Performance of Live music Saturday 14:00 – 23:00 Sunday 10:00 – 14:00
Performance of recorded music Saturday 14:00 – 23:00 Sunday 10:00 – 14:00
Opening hours Saturday 12:00 – 23:00 Sunday 09:00 – 14:00
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Authority, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5DL or by email to licence@maldon.gov.uk not later than 3rd May 2016.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine of £5,000.
