Notice is hereby given that Wilkin & Sons Ltd
has applied in respect of the View tea room, Osea Leisure Park, Goldhanger Road, CM9 4SA. For a variation to their premises licence under the Licensing act 2003 to allow for:
The sale of alcohol on and off site and for the alcohol licence and for the hours of supply to be extended to 10:00 until 00:00.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the offices of Maldon District Council.
It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
