APPLICATION FOR REBUILDING THE FIRST 48 METRES OF THE HARLOW (BLACKWATER) SAILING CLUB JETTY.
Notice is hereby given that Harlow (Blackwater) Sailing Club has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the rebuilding of the first 48 metres of the jetty.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Maldon Public Library.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at: http://www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to: marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 11th August 2016, quoting reference MLA/2016/00186.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
