MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR MARINE LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that MILES WATER ENGINEERING LTD has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake repair and maintenance of the eroded river bank at Tideways, Ferry Lane, Creeksea, Burnham on Crouch, Essex, CM0 8PL.

Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Burnham on Crouch Library, 103 Station Road, Burnham on Crouch, CM0 8HQ.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed online in the Public Register at http://www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 18th August 2016 quoting reference MLA/2016/00198
