Essex County Council Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010 Notice under Article 13

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Green Recycling Limited for a materials recycling facility for municipal, construction, commercial and industrial waste. Proposed development includes an extension to the existing onsite building as well as associated site improvement works at Quayside Industrial Park, Bates Road, Maldon, CM9 5FA - ESS/62/11/MAL Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it at Maldon District, Planning Office, Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL and Maldon Library, Carmelite House, White Horse Lane, Maldon, CM9 5FW during normal opening hours and at Essex County Council at the address below (please call for an appointment on 01245 435555) from 19 January 2012 until 09 February 2012. Anyone who wishes to make representations or objections in respect of this application should e-mail them to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk or write to the undersigned by 09 February 2012. Please include your name and full address. Any such representations or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public.
