SMITH Albert Bertie "Albie" The family wish to thank everyone who attended the funeral service and for the many cards, letters of sympathy and donations received. Special thanks to the staff of Halstead Hospital for their care of Albie and the ladies and gents of the catering staff at the hospital for their endless help. Thanks also to the Reverend Geoff Bayliss for a very special service and final thanks to Kate and Derek for their special care and help with the funeral arrangements. Please accept this as our only but most sincere acknowledgement.
