Does anyone remember the Shrimptons who used to live in Mundon in the early 1930s?
Dorothy Cooper, nee Shrimpton, was christened in St Mary's Church and would love to hear from anyone with further information.
Please contact Christine McDonald on 740920 if you can help.
On the subject of village archives, records on Mundon School are missing from the collection.
The bottle green folder was last seen at the parish council annual assembly in April, but Christine can't remember whom she lent it to.
JUMBLE SALE
Any jumble for the sale on Saturday at 10am in the Mundon Village Hall may be left in front of the hall, or arrangements could be made for collection - ring Shaun Livermore on 740058.
TAI CHI
The class held on Wednesday mornings in the village hall at 9.30am can still take beginners, as the pace is slow to ensure the moves are thoroughly learned. It's a very friendly class.
