A CRYSTAL healing shop is hoping to help boost Maldon high street by moving into new premises.

Teresa Kristara, of Maldon, started using crystal therapy more than 20 years ago when she started running her business from home.

After moving to White Elm Garden Centre in Bicknacre three years ago, the Crystal Shack is now expanding once again.

Teresa says she hopes her shop can help make the high street unique.

She said: “Two years on and the interest in my products has grown beyond my expectations.

“I now have a large social media following and sell online worldwide.

“Due to the business needs I decided late last year to start looking for a larger premise and eventually decided on moving into my hometown of Maldon.”

The new premises, in Edward’s Walk shopping arcade, is due to open in early March.
