Mrs Frances Wybrow presented "Teddy Bears" at the first meeting of the new season on November 5.
Frances demonstrated the many varied colours and types of fabric that could be used to make bears.
She explained a little of the history of the bear from the historic Steiff bear to the topical Pudsey Bear, including the rather naughty Bad Taste Bear.
The next meeting will be on December 3 at the Village Hall when the local historian, Clive Potter, will make an illustrated presentation of Great Totham and Around'. The Christmas Social is on December 8 at 6.30 for 7pm. New members and visitors will be very welcome at all events.
