A TRIO of teenage whiz kids from Maldon have made it through to the finals of the national BAFTA Young Game Designers competition.
Oliver Agar, William Woolven-Brown, Noah Oliver Gooch, all aged 16, are among 51 finalists from across the UK.
Their Aristan game concept is a first person, mystery, story-driven, open world survival game about an artist who is banished to an island and is to survive whilst pursuing their passion for art.
This year’s winners will be revealed at a special virtual ceremony on July 8.
The ceremony will be hosted by presenter and journalist Elle Osili-Wood, who also hosted the BAFTA Games Awards earlier on this year.
