A ROAD in Tiptree closed on Monday for 40 days - and there are a range of other closures affecting the village in November and December.
Station Road closed on Monday (November 22) for 40 days while Anglian Water carries out mains extension works.
According to one.network the closure will end on December 29 at 11.59pm - and delays are likely while it is in place.
Oak Road
Another road in the village closed earlier this month for 19 days and is set to open again next Wednesday, December 1.
Oak Road closed on November 8 while Anglian Water undertakes mains reinforcement works.
West End Road
Drivers should be aware of another road closure starting on Monday.
West End Road is set to close on November 29 for five days while Cadent undertakes new connection works.
Tudwick Road
Another road in the village is closing or five days next month.
Tudwick Road is closing on December 6 while Essex County Council carry out carriageway patching works.
These works take place to repair the road surface.
Blue Road in Tiptree is also closing for one day in December for roadworks.
The closure starts on December 10 while Anglian Water undertakes meter installation works.
