A CHEF who starred in MasterChef has launched a taster menu with a Maldon restaurant.
Arbinder Singh Dugal is a three times nominee for the prestigious Roux Scholarship, a star of Alex Polizzi’s Chef’s on Trial and a MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist.
Formally trained at establishments including Le Pont de la Tour and the 3 Michelin-starred Waterside Inn, Dugal was appointed Head Chef at Hawkyns by Atul Kochhar before setting up his brand ASD.
Dugal’s progressive Indian cuisine is making waves in the industry, and in July 2021 he was announced as having made it to the semi-final of Craft Guild of Chefs Chef of the Year 2021.
