A NEWLY renovated seafood restaurant and bar is launching a brand new breakfast menu.
The Griffin, based in Danbury, is home to a dedicated team who are thrilled to be expanding their offerings.
Executive chef Mik Nelder is releasing a fresh menu which the boss promises will exceed all expectations.
From its Full English to the new Eggs Benedict, American pancakes and more, The Griffin has ensured its menu ticks every box.
Meanwhile, guests can pair their breakfast with Bucks Fizz, a ‘super shake’, breakfast smoothie or green smoothie.
This breakfast menu will be available for guests to enjoy from 9am to 12pm Tuesday to Saturday and 9am to 11am on Sundays.
Mik Nelder said: "I am thrilled to be launching our new breakfast menu, as we’ve created a combination of dishes that I know our guests will thoroughly enjoy.
"There really is something for everyone at The Griffin; whether you’re a fan of something traditional, like a full English, or have more of a sweet tooth, our breakfasts won’t disappoint.

Audrey DeVere-Hunt, owner of The Griffin, commented: "We officially took over The Griffin in August 2021 and it has undergone an exciting renovation since then.
"However, as you’ll see from this menu, our changes aren’t merely aesthetic.
"We are keen to enhance everything about our historical venue; we use high-quality, fresh ingredients, offer great entertainment, and, now, we’re expanding our services to include breakfast, which we know is incredibly popular here in Essex.
"I hope that our delicious new breakfasts will bring even more food-lovers to our restaurant and oyster bar, highlighting the incredible talents of our team. You certainly won’t be leaving disappointed."
The Griffin’s re-opening has proven to be a success over recent months and the team now have equal faith in the success of the breakfast menu.
Guests can enjoy these dishes for themselves from the April 1.
