A TOWN is set to host its first ever junior parkrun - and its free to join in.
Burnham Riverside Park is hosting the town's first junior parkrun.
The event is a free weekly 2k run for youngsters aged 4 to 14 which will be held every Sunday at 9am.
Any child can take part no matter their pace as organisers say the aim is to have fun.
Participants must register before they first join in and bring along a scannable copy of their barcode.

The first event is this Sunday, April 24.
The courses are marshalled so juniors will be in sight of at least one marshal at all times.
Parents and guardians are welcome to run alongside their child as well, with parking available at Burnham Marina car park.
Find the entry form for the new parkrun online at parkrun.org.uk/register/?section=form.
The event is run by a dedicated group of volunteers and new helpers are always welcomed.
