A DEVELOPER has launched the latest phase of its Maldon development which will deliver 210 new homes.

The new phase of Crest Nicholson's Wycke Place development offers a mix of 210 one to five bedroom homes on the southern edge of Maldon.

The housebuilder says the first homes will be ready to move into this winter.

Each home has an open plan layout with kitchen-dining areas and separate living rooms.
