AN author inspired by Essex is set to discuss her latest novel in an event at a Maldon pub.
Maldon Books will welcome Katy Regan to the Blue Boar pub on Thursday (May 19) for an evening talk on her latest novel, How to Find Your Way Home.
Katy will be joined by fellow author Lee Rourke for a discussion on her novels and writing in Essex.
Katy began her writing career as a reporter on local newspapers.
She then moved into writing features and eventually became Commissioning Editor for Marie Claire where she wrote a popular column.

She is a proud northerner from Morecambe and now lives in Hertfordshire with her son.
Alongside writing fiction, she still works as a freelance journalist. She is also the author of two self-help books.
Her latest novel How to Find Your Way Home is set on Canvey Island.
The upcoming Maldon Books event takes place in The Blue Boar’s function room, The Long Room.
