INVESTIGATIONS are underway following reports of theft of a bank card and fraud.
Police have reports that a bank card was stolen on Friday, August 12.
The bank card is then reported to have been used at various locations between 7am and 8am on Saturday, August 13 in Chelmsford.
Since sharing a CCTV appeal, police have identified the people in the image.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "We are no longer looking for the people we wanted to speak to in connection with the reported theft of a bank card and fraud in Chelmsford.
"The reported incidents happened on 12 and 13 August.
"We’ve identified the people in the photo and our enquiries continue."
