THE Village Hall Association Art Exhibition this year will be from Friday July 11 to Sunday July 13.

JUMBLE SALE

THE Primary School P.T.A. Annual Jumble sale is on Saturday April 26 at Danbury Village Hall from 2-4pm. There are refreshments available and the Auction will be at approx 3pm. Jumble can be delivered to Danbury Village Hall between 9 and 11am on the day, or call the school on 01245 223264 for collection.

Please collect tokens from Sainsbury's and Tesco. They can be left at the shop or school. The same applies to Nestle Box Top Tokens.

PARTNER WHIST DRIVE

A PARTNER whist drive was held in the village hall on the second Wednesday of April with only three and half tables in play.

Mr AC Clark was MC.

Prize winning partnerships were determined by the first half scores. First partnership was Mrs Pat Clark and John Huggins with a score of 190, which included 101 in the first half. Second with 171, which included 99 in the first half, was the partnership of Mrs Sylvia Brown and Arthur Clark.

Winners of other prizes were Mrs Joyce Parrott and Arthur Clark.
