Last Sunday afternoon there was a five-mile circular route round Goldhanger in aid of Essex Air Ambulance.
The rain just about held off for the 33 walkers and five dogs. The route differed from last year, using footpaths to Chigborough then back along the sea wall to Goldhanger.
The walk concluded with refreshments at the Chequers.
Several donations brought the amount raised for Essex Ambulance came to £405.
