Children at St Nicholas Primary School, Tolleshunt D'Arcy celebrated a very special assembly on Friday.
The Kool 2B Kind scheme, run by Maldon District Council and Essex Police, celebrates children who are kind and polite at school and put others before themselves.
Maldon police school officer PCSO Julie Anderton came to present them with their Kool 2B Kind certificates.
"The school was thrilled to be taking part in the scheme," said acting headteacher Sophie Massey.
"It's a real joy to celebrate the kindness of so many of our children and we are delighted that their parents came to join us."
To be chosen as winners, children had to be voted for and recognised by their classmates, making the awards particularly special.
Anderton also presented Year 6 pupil Annabelle Armstrong with a Whole School Award, which she won for her kindess and maturity, helping homesick friends during a school residential trip.
Annabelle was described by her class teacher, Mr Woodrow, as "so talented yet humble, a friend to everyone, always there to listen or help - amazing".
