DRIVERS have been warned to expect delays for a month with works underway on a busy Maldon road.
Roadworks are taking place on Limebrook Way from now until November 25, with temporary two-way traffic signals in place.
The signals will be placed to protect road users following safety concerns on the road.
A spokesman for Essex Highways said: “Temporary two-way traffic signals will be placed on Limebrook Way as a road safety intervention.
“Urgent plans are being made to plane and surface the lane so it can re-open.
“Please take extra care while travelling in the area.
“Thank you for your patience.”
