A ROAD has closed with police on scene following a serious collision.
Essex Police are currently in Scotts Hill, Southminster.
The road is closed as emergency services deal with the incident.
A spokesman said: "We will provide an update as soon as we practically can.
"We need anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage of it or the moments leading up to it to contact us.
"Please quote incident 465 of December 7.
