MULTIPLE properties and land near Maldon are set to go under the hammer in an upcoming auction. A mixed-use investment property is among those in the area up for auction later this month.
The two-storey property at 32, 32A and 32B High Street is being offered with a freehold guide price of £475,000 to £500,000.
One of the three sections of the building is let to Templeman Opticians, the second is let to the Diner and the third section is currently vacant.

Finally the 1.65 acre area of land adjoining Little Canneys Farm in Stow Road adjacent to Little Canneys Farm.
The vacant rectangular area of land is up for auction with a freehold guide price of £175,000.
The land is accessed via entrance gates in Hagg Hill, off Stow Road.
Paul said: “There is a building on site which is not yet completed and does not have planning permission granted.
“The land may offer potential for development or alternative use, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.”
Bidding goes live on Monday, July 24 and ends on Wednesday, July 26.
