STAFF and students celebrate a positive end to the school year, with a 'good' rating by Ofsted watchdogs.
Following a full inspection on June 7 and June 8, Ofsted has concluded pupils 'access a wide range of opportunities to develop their confidence, resilience and leadership skills' at Ormiston Rivers Academy, and benefit from the 'high expectations' of teachers and a 'broad curriculum'.

The report, which rated the school as 'good' in all categories, stated that the students are provided with 'the knowledge needed to prepare them for the next stage in their education or employment'.
The report also mentioned pupils with SEND, which are 'well supported' thanks to teachers who 'identify their needs accurately and adapt their teaching to ensure that pupils can access the same curriculum as others.'
