A UNIQUE detached new-build house in need of completion is set to go under the hammer later this month.
Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers is auctioning a two-bedroom home in Ship Road, Burnham, with a freehold guide price of £325,000.
The home is in the final stages of development and it is estimated the final works required to finish off the property will cost between £25,000 to £30,000.
The home will go under the hammer at the auctioneer's fifth auction of the year with bids encouraged between July 24 and July 26.
Paul Bridgeman, company director and auctioneer, said: “We have been advised by the seller the property needs completing and the estimated cost of the remaining works is in the region of £25,000 to £30,000.
“We are anticipating good interest from potential owner-occupiers, potential investors and developers seeking a quick project to finish off and bring back to market.
“The house itself needs finishing off, but includes electric heat-pump system, electric car charging point and off-street parking.”
Clive Emson Auctioneers, which has offices in Essex, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the West Country, holds auctions eight times a year.
