A WOMAN became stuck in mud before managing to wrestle herself free.
Emergency services were called to marshes in Tillingham at about 11.20am on Thursday.
They had received reports a woman was struggling to remove herself from mud.
Thankfully, the woman was able to free herself before firefighters arrived at the scene but needed some help getting back to shore.
With the help of the emergency responders, the woman was back safe at the shore by 12.53pm.
