A FAMILY-RUN garden centre is celebrating the addition of 10,000 customers to its new loyalty programme.

Perrywood Garden Centre, in Tiptree, has launched a free loyalty programme entitled Perrywood Bloom. 

The programme has seen 10,000 customers sign up to the smartphone application over the space of just one month. 

Perrywood Bloom allows customers to enjoy exclusive rewards and benefits that wouldn’t be offered in-person.

It includes better in-store offers, a free birthday treat, the opportunity to access events and hear news from Perrywood first, plus much more.

Perrywood bosses are delighted with how the app has been received so far.

Spokesman Hannah Powell said: “It’s great to be able offer our loyal customers something special and we’ve had a positive reaction.

“It’s another way for us to create a unique shopping experience – both for customers who have been shopping with us for decades, and for those who have only recently discovered our award-winning garden centres.

“Bloom members will receive advice and offers based on the plants and products they have bought to help them grow plants successfully.

“What’s more, every time they shop, members will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win the value of their shop in Perrywood gift vouchers.”
