Buyers of homes near Maldon could receive up to £12,000 in mortgage contribution at a new development. 

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson is offering prospective buyers a substantial mortgage contribution at the Wycke Place development. 

The development is located at the edge of Maldon with easy access to the town and its many shops, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities. 

The company’s “home of the month”, The Chesham, will also include a saving of £6,500 with flooring and turf at the three-bedroom property.
