A POPULAR Brazilian restaurant where guests hail the "authentic" food has been put up for sale.
Café Brazil, a tapas bar, in Maldon High Street has been listed on Rightmove for an undisclosed price.
According to the listing the cafe is being sold to “facilitate lifestyle changes” and restaurant bosses are now inviting offers to buy the businesses.
Café Brazil serves up a wide range of Brazilian dishes and snacks for its diners.
The listing also outlines an approximate turnover of £217,000 and adds that earnings come in at £121,000.
The advertisement states Café Brazil provides “authentic South American cuisine” while having a “strong brand presence and established reputation” in Maldon.
It adds that the eatery’s sale provides an acquisition opportunity for complementary businesses.
In addition, the listing mentions that the business has a “long standing client base providing repeat business”.
Café Brazil is also said to operate from fully equipped leasehold premises in what is described on the listing as a “prime location”.
The cafe has a five rating on Tripadvisor with guests hailing it a "real gem" and a "must visit".
