A VEHICLE found by police officers in the Ingatestone area was found to have been stolen from Maldon.
It was discovered displaying false index plates on Monday night.
Officers uncovered it was a vehicle stolen from Maldon in December 2023.
The vehicle has been seized for forensic examination.
