PLANS have been submitted to Maldon District Council for a single storey-extension to an existing double garage building.
The proposal is to form a new two-bedroom house.
The existing outbuilding is located within the grounds of Maldon Hall, in Spital Road, and is currently used as a garage, workshop and storage space.
If approved, the outbuilding would be transformed for residential use.
Maldon District Council will have the final decision on the proposals.
