POLICE officers in the Maldon Town Team executed search warrants over the weekend in a bid to tackle crime in the community.
Officers carried out search warrants for controlled drugs in Southminster and Latchingdon on Sunday, February 18.
A spokesman said the warrants were part of ongoing work to target suspected drug dealers in the Maldon district.
They said: “We will continue to target suspected drug dealers in the district by acquiring search warrants from the magistrates in order to target those suspected of being involved in criminality.”
