A POLICE probe has been launched after three people were left with serious injuries following a crash in a village near Maldon.
Officers are appealing for any dashcam footage or witnesses to the incident in Hatfield Road, Langford.
Emergency services rushed to the scene following the two-vehicle crash in Hatfield Road at about 12.25pm on Sunday, March 16.
Police say three people were found injured at the scene.
A spokesman said: "Working with paramedics and firefighters all three individuals were taken to hospital for further treatment, some of whom sustained potentially life-changing injuries.
"The road was closed for several hours while emergency services remained at the scene.
"As part of our investigation, we would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage from the area at the time.
"If you have any information then please get in contact with us quoting incident 495 of March 16."
