More than one hundred families were welcomed to Marsh Farm for a special event to "honour their bravery and strength" in the face of childhood cancer.

120 children, who currently have cancer or have previously battled it, were treated to a "Party for Heroes" at the adventure park, in partnership with Partyman’s Magic Makers.

“The children loved the beach, the foam party and, of course, the dinosaur park.

“This event takes months of planning, lots of resources, and collaboration with this amazing charity. It really shows that when charities work together and support one another, they can accomplish something special.”

Lucy Staab, general manager at Marsh Farm, said: “Seeing the children's faces light up as they go around the farm, and knowing we were able to make that happen, is really heart-warming.

“It was even more fun soaking all the parents in foam during the foam party."
